  My. family and extended family, as well as many friends of mine, have always been treated with the upmost respect and compassion. In the past, Bob was a high school classmate of mine; I was a solo vocalist at some services for families at Loose Funeral Home, Bob was always most helpful. By the time I was asked to preside over a family member's service, Rob was in charge for his dad, Bob. Once again Rob was as helpful as his dad had been with me years before. Loose is truly a local family that cares about you personally in time of need and is truly professional when others they work with need assistance.

  The staff was incredibly friendly, with the exception of one woman. We had a video to play during the funeral and I found it incredibly sad that we only had one option to hook up our movie (DVD - you'd think they'd have other formats to play this) To make matters worse, I called a head of time to find out which cords I should bring (assuming we had a state of the art projector to work with), and the lady I talked to had no clue. During a time like this, the last thing we should have had to worry about was their equipment.

  Seems a bit odd to rate a funeral home as "loved it." However, looking back over the years, and with the separate burials of my Mom, Dad & Brother in-law, I can truly say that the experiences I've had with Rob and his staff have been nothing but comforting and first class. When burying a loved one, you want to feel like you are dealing with family, not just a business. Keep up the great work!
